Launch Lawrence: Sketchpad

We're having our Launch Lawrence colab event Wednesday, October 21st, from 5-8 PM. The event is called Sketchpad. It's a pitchdeck workshop with a pitch competition at the end. You can sign up with a team, or by yourself. If you're by yourself we can either pair you up with a team or you can choose to work alone. You can also come prepared with a business idea, or there will be a list of problems we'll provide to work through. Starting at 5 PM there will be a short introduction from Kyle Johnson where he'll teach Pitchdecks 101. We'll then split into groups, and you'll have until 7 to polish up the 10 provided template slides and pitch. The pitch competition will be judged solely by how well you pitch the idea and present, and not the idea itself. As Kyle put it to us earlier this week, "Try to make the hair rise on the back of my neck."

There will be a CASH PRIZE for the best team's pitch ($100 per person up to 4 people).
